General Lab Settings

This guide is intended for makerspace admins to manage Lab settings in Pinpoint.

[1] Rename a Lab​

To rename a lab in Pinpoint, follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://pinpoint.umd.edu/admin
  2. Select the lab you would like to rename (we will select Test Lab 1 for this explanation) Pinpoint Lab Selection Screen
  3. Select the Other Settings option Pinpoint Main Settings Page
  4. Rename the lab and press Submit button. Pinpoint Other Settings Page Pinpoint Rename

The rename change should reflect immediately.
